Thursday Lunch and Learn #5 – The Grand Finale!

This presentation will focus on neurodiversity in the workplace and will discuss implications for safety. Various aspects of neurodiversity will be discussed, including Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and Dyslexia, and how they impact workers in the workplace. The presentation will also cover ways to align neuro diverse workers to help improve cognitive diversity in teams, as well as some potential considerations for better integrating neuro diverse workers into an organization.
